Description Support Project Managers with the coordination and execution of multiple landscape construction projects. Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and procurement activities. Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates. Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project forecasting. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance. Support permit applications, inspections, and closeout documentation. Help identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing delays and cost impacts.

Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Construction, or a related field preferred. 1-5 years of construction, site development, utility, landscaping, or project engineering experience. Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
