Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Lead Developer / Identity Governance Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions using SailPoint Identity
IQ. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity management, application onboarding, certifications, and user lifecycle management. This role requires a strong technical leader who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and mentor development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design
- Develop architectural solutions for identity management using SailPoint IIQ.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Development and Implementation
- Lead the development and customization of SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Implement connectors and integrations with various systems and applications.
- Facilitate provisioning/deprovisioning for user lifecycle and certification processes.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Customize workflows, create rules, and support provisioning/certification aggregation in SailPoint.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines and deliverables related to identity management initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of identity management systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity management solutions, specifically SailPoint IIQ.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing identity governance solutions.
- E2 to E3 level expertise in SailPoint IIQ development.
- Strong knowledge of identity management concepts, IAM processes, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management, workflow customization, and certification processes.
- Cybersecurity, GRC, and Vendor Risk Assessment knowledge.
