The Global Analytical Sciences team is looking for an Analytical Systems Administrator. Responsibilities include serving as the global analytical administrator for the following documentation systems: LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), ETQ (Electronic Quality Management System), DMS (Documentation Management System), LMS (Learning Management System), and the Analytical Sciences Webpage. Data archival, laboratory investigation reports (LIRs), and managing analytical weight standards and reference standards are also part of the role.
Daily to monthly reports for the analytical systems are required to ensure compliance status with quality and regulatory expectations.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemical, chemical engineering or related field, understanding of laboratory operations and GMP expectations, and knowledge of local regulatory requirements relevant to functional responsibility. Preferred qualifications include awareness of other technology functions and operations related to serving as administrator for global systems, and the ability to identify issues on the reports and communicate them to the supervisor and escalate critical issues to appropriate managers.
Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $70,000.00 - $96,000.00 USD, discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, long-term incentives for executive-level roles, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days, 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
