We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Data Strategist within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world's leading oral care company, we leverage best‑in‑class, cloud‑based marketing technology to create seamless digital connections with our audiences. This role partners closely with our Digital Marketing and CRM teams to deploy advanced technologies that optimize and scale our digital engagement programs—driving more precise targeting and deeper engagement with professionals, customers, and consumers.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and help bring our vision to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding business goals and translating them into high-quality solutions that deliver performance, maintainability, and scalability—leveraging leading cloud-based marketing technologies to drive digital connection. In this role, you will partner closely with our Digital Marketing and Product teams (both technical and commercial) to deliver technology solutions to meet business objectives and deploy best-in-class technology that optimizes and scales our digital engagement programs, enabling better targeting, deeper engagement, and higher conversion among professionals, customers, and consumers.
The successful candidate is highly customer-focused and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Lead Architect & Strategy:
Serve as the lead technical architect for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, defining global standards, best practices, and scalable end-to-end customer experience solutions.
Data Modeling & Governance:
Own the global consumer and professional data models, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and scalability across multi-channel platforms and international markets.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Partner with Digital Marketing, Commerce, and Analytics teams to design data architectures that support integrated campaigns, customer acquisition, and performance reporting.
