Posting Summary
- Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Project Engineer for Digital Classroom Services. Reporting to the Manager, Audio Visual Systems and Design, of Technical Services and Operations for Digital Classroom Services, the Project Engineer is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the functionality and operations of the technology in the 300+ learning spaces on the RU-New Brunswick and Piscataway campuses.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:
Works closely with other Project Engineers and department team members to research applications, software and hardware improvements. Researches and implements pedagogy equipment for classroom improvements. Researches and assists in the design and implantation of latest telepresence technologies, lecture capture & active learning environments.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or installation and AV support experience.

Certifications/Licenses - A valid driver's license would be required for this position.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
