Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including start-up, tear down, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment;
Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and adjust as needed;
Generate documentation on molding runs for traceability and reproducibility;
Draft and perform mold validations;
Confer with Production Manager, area leaders, programmers, engineers, or others to resolve molding or assembly issues
