The Lab Technician will support oral care formulation development through in-vitro testing, stability assessments, and lab equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-vitro testing and follow aging SOPs to assess formula stability
Maintain, monitor, validate, and calibrate lab equipment
Prepare reports and communicate test progress and completion
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering-related field or equivalent lab experience
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
