Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and support established entry procedures in accordance with property rules and post instructions.;
Assist with routine reporting, incident documentation, and general security-related support functions that align with Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.
