Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, focusing on entry points, lobby areas, parking areas, and other sensitive locations;
Support front lobby and/or access management functions by assisting with visitor processing, badge distribution, and communication with site contacts regarding security-related matters
