Pay & Compensation

• Top-tier pay with real guarantees. Top drivers earn up to $127,000/year - 60
  
  CPM base pay, up to 4
  
  CPM in performance incentives, and a $1,350 weekly minimum for qualifying weeks.*
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5
  
  CPM in loyalty pay*, accruing from day one. Experience and commitment are rewarded from the start.
• Pay for every part of the job. $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay*
• Paid orientation. Earn $1,250 during orientation*

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience required

What you’ll need to succeed as a Truck Driver at XPO

Be at least 21 years of age

Valid Class A commercial driver's license

Safe driving record and history

Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment

Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years

Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical

Available to work a flexible schedule that’s up to 12-14 hours a day

Preferred qualifications:

Forklift experience;
Currently possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
