- Greet residents and visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls intimelyandprofessionalmannerandoperateswitchboard
- Perform scheduled walkthroughs of building and is alert to any security breaches and concerns
- Maintainaccuratelog of front desk activities
- Manage emergency response call system
- Provide welcoming and positive experience to all family members, residents, and visitors
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Must be 18 years or older (required)
- 1 year of prior experience in medical or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
