Full Time and Part Time | Evening Shifts

New, Increased Pay: $23-27.55/hour based on experience and shift differential

Location:

Pitman, NJ

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months experience in a long-term care setting
• Current and valid CNA certification in New Jersey

• Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with dining, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor residents’ health by completing daily skin checks, taking vital signs, and promptly reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Document and communicate care tasks accurately to maintain continuity of care for each assigned resident.
• Follow individualized care plans and restorative nursing principles to help residents maintain optimal function and independence.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings to identify resident strengths and needs.
• Engage in ongoing learning through training, in-services, and team collaboration to enhance skills and resident care.
