Healthcare Certified Nursing Aide CNA
$23–$25.55 per hour, based on experience. Full-time and part-time. Pitman Manor, a UMC community – Pitman, NJ.
Schedule: Day and evening shifts, rotating holidays and weekends required.
What You’ll Do- Provide daily personal care support to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care.
- Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support.
- Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility and adaptive equipment.
- Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members.
- Communicate resident preferences to other staff for seamless care and experience and report any changes in resident status to nursing as appropriate.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Must be 18 years or older (required).
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification or enrollment in New Jersey CNA program (required).
- Experience working in long‑term care setting (preferred but not required).
