• Schedule: Part-Time | Day and evening shift available; 2 days per week with every other weekend rotation

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to resident in accordance withcare plans
• Maintaintimelyandaccuratedocumentation of care and medications in EHR
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program(required)
• Current and activeRN license in New Jersey (required)
• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
