Outside Sales Representative

Compressed Air Equipment™ is a leader in the service and sale of industrial air compressor equipment within the Greater Philadelphia Region. With four decades of experience, we serve over 1,000 industrial businesses across NJ, PA, DE, and MD.

We are actively seeking a dedicated Outside Technical Salesperson to support our operations in southern NJ, Eastern PA, DE, and northern MD. The role involves presenting technical equipment proposals, generating quotations, and cultivating new and existing client relationships.

• Maintain existing accounts while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to meet specific sales targets.
• Present technical equipment proposals and quotations for bid projects and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with inside team, service, and sales support staff to manage accounts, including parts procurement, service, and maintenance.
• Track the entire buying cycle to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

• Prior experience in the compressed air industry and/or technical sales.
• Self‑starter with high levels of energy and self‑motivation.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of a geographic area within service territory.
