Established Pet Product manufacturing/distribution company in Pittsburg seeking to fill an immediate need for a full time Office and Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the CFO/CEO with daily operations
  • Manage Inventory, forecasting and processing purchase orders
  • Process and dispute chargebacks
  • Manage calendars and office correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness
  • Generate reports and spreadsheets as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with office organization and workflow efficiency
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting
Education / Certification

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant work experience.

Experience

Preferred: 1-3 years of Accounting Background.

  • Analytical skills and analysis
  • High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, data tracking, basic formulas)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures, while also remaining adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication, planning skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
  • Time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when representing the company.
