Administrative Assistant

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will answers Facility phone, screens and processes telephone calls effectively, and performs proper selection for putting calls through to appropriate party
• Point of contract for various administrative and process needs for the Livingston facility.
• Interacts with customers and staff by answering incoming calls and addressing requests
• Processes departmental invoices for warranty payment
• You will conducts analysis and research to address invoicing questions
• Overseeing Biomed Warranty Billing
• You will oversee Biomed Std Billing
• Overseeing Respiratory Therapy Billing
• Biomed and Long-Term Care Customer Service Support
• You will produce KPI reports, graphs, charts, presentations
• Uses business software systems (AYS) to retrieve information to key billing into JD Edwards.
• Answers mail and inquiries; follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out
• Completes both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments
• Interacts with multiple internal/external clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office
• Minimum 2+ years Administrative Support is preferred
• Outstanding oral and written communication
• H.S. Degree is required

Pay range: $24.17 - $35.46 hourly, based on experience
