Key Responsibilities:
- Create, build and oversee a high performing team to support our 24/7 Aerospace manufacturing operations
- Leverage systems, driven by SAP, to drive operations and support the development of a fully autonomous warehouse as part of our future-ready business strategy
- Accountable for all warehouse operations, including inbound deliveries, returns, repacks, inventory management, and promotional pack-outs.
- Ensure efficient material flow through resource planning, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse maintenance programs.
- Lead and maintain compliance with all SHEQ, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a safe workplace culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse processes, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
- Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, overtime, maintenance, and supplies, while ensuring equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert experience with Warehouse management modules of SAP required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
- 5-8 years of progressive warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in an audit-intensive environment like Aerospace, Automotive, Pharma strongly preferred
- Experience in a multi-national highly matrixed organization
- Direct experience managing and developing hourly workforce
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with hazardous materials, chemicals, and equipment.

The salary range for this role is $ and $. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above.
