Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Estimator
. This is not an entry-level position. The role involves providing accurate repair estimates and excellent customer service in a professional auto‑body shop environment.

• Competitive compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 expected annual salary (or $22–30 per hour) plus commission incentives of $3,000‑$5,000 per month, paid weekly.

• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with a 30‑minute lunch.

• Minimum of 1 year estimating experience in an auto‑body shop.
• Proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell, and I‑Car programs.
• Experience with Direct Repair Programs (DRP) preferred.
• Excellent customer‑service/sales background.
• Ability to multitask and manage several jobs simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, quick learner, and positive, can‑do attitude.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hire.
• Approval from insurance partners during employment.
