BAG Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate the cryogenic air separation plant safely to guarantee reliable and efficient performance.
• Perform and lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain plant safety and equipment integrity.
• Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to ensure reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents immediately.
• Collect and analyze equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions.
• Oversee contractors during routine and non‑routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and propose improvements to enhance process availability and reliability.

• Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with a strong focus on safety.
• Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Knowledge of controls and human-machine interface platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Clear communication of technical information to support safe, coordinated, and effective teamwork.
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely and confidently following established procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $61,669 - $90,448.
