Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Packaging Technician – Manufacturing for a long‑term contract opportunity in Pittsburg, CA. This role supports packaging operations in a light industrial manufacturing environment and is ideal for candidates with experience in packaging, production, assembly, or hands‑on warehouse work. This opportunity offers long‑term contract stability, a consistent weekday schedule, and potential overtime. The work environment is structured, team‑oriented, and focused on safety, quality, and following established procedures.

The Packaging Technician – Manufacturing will perform manual packaging tasks, follow SOP and GMP requirements, inspect work for quality, and help keep production moving accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and package products by hand using approved materials and established packaging procedures.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety guidelines throughout each shift.
- Read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions to complete packaging tasks accurately.
- Inspect packaged products for quality, accuracy, labeling, and overall presentation.
- Handle materials safely, including regularly moving items up to 20 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area while supporting production goals.
- Pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
