Cylinder Control Auditor – Pittsburg, CA | req

• Perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team
• Prepare the audit form, visit the customer, and count cylinders on customer sites
• Perform paper audits of cylinder history, researching the history in CU, CU Image Viewer, Tru Trak and JDE
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manager on resolving cylinder discrepancies
• Enter audit findings in CU and Tru Trak to reconcile balances
• Prepare credit requests and loss‑of‑use documentation for accounts receivable
• Work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss‑of‑use charges and open rental invoices
• Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region
• Understand the cylinder barcoding process and barcode cylinders as needed during audits
• Review all in‑house accounts monthly and coordinate with branches to ensure no cylinder balances are posted on house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX, etc.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Daily travel within the greater Houston area

Competitive compensation and an outstanding benefits package. Pay range: $24.17 - $35.46 per hour. 1st Shift.
