Production Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate for a long-term contract opportunity in a stable manufacturing environment in Pittsburg, CA. This role is a great fit for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and want the opportunity to build practical production, packaging, and warehouse skills.

As a Production Associate, you may support packaging operations, warehouse material handling, or general production processes depending on your background and experience. This opportunity offers consistent work, supportive team leadership, and room to grow into more advanced responsibilities such as inventory system use, data entry, and forklift operation. Candidates who are reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn can build a strong career path in manufacturing and production operations.

• Package products by hand and support daily production processes.
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Move, organize, and track materials within a warehouse or production environment.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks and basic data entry when needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment or forklifts if trained and qualified.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace to support team productivity.

Pay range: $20 to $24 per hour.
