Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist the Store Manager with scheduling and training store associates in all aspects of their job responsibilities;
Observe associate performance and provide timely feedback; document performance in Workday in partnership with the Store Manager;
Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines and that inventory control and loss prevention practices are followed
