Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products while serving and selling within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work.

• Solid base salary and commission potential after a route is assigned
• Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek, with no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

• Represent Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• Meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to meet goals
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit

Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions based on skill set, experience, training, performance, and other business factors.
