At Emerald Road, we’re a fast-growing marketing and sales firm based in Pittsburg, PA! We’re currently expanding our Sales and Marketing Team and looking for eager individuals ready to kickstart or grow their careers in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

This role is all about face-to-face sales and marketing — engaging directly with customers in a retail setting, helping them find what they need, and promoting the brands we represent. You’ll get hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, all while working alongside a supportive team that’s focused on growth and results.

• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies.
• Learn and implement marketing campaigns in retail settings.

• 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
