JOB SUMMARYThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties to assure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and residential spaces.
CLASSIFICATIONFull-time, Hourly/Non-Exempt
SHIFTMonday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm
COMPENSATION$29-$36 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years’ general residential maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
- Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
