The Club Sponsor/Intramural Coach provides structure and oversight for students to learn and grow outside of the classroom and/or develop skills in sport specific activities.

Building Principal and Athletic/Activity Director

According to Negotiated Agreement:
All Club Sponsors and Intramural Coaches will work with the Athletic/Activities Director to set their season or meeting dates and times to ensure that the activity is being run in a manner that is commensurate to the stipend pay percentage.

As required by the club/activity set by the sponsor/coach and athletic/activities director.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Valid Kansas drivers’ license.

• Experience supervising students.

• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, co-workers, and students.
• Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform responsibilities without necessity of close supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the school district community.
• Ability to meet attendance standards to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Ability to maintain a generally positive attitude.
