** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Main Bank and Employee Window Cashier is responsible to provide a level of internal guest service which is gracious, kind and warm that creates a sense of fondness that is Hometown Hospitality and have Fun with fellow Team Members. Comply and follow with strict adherence to Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state regulations, Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the companys Responsible Gaming Plan.

** GENERAL

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Safeguard company assets and adhere to all cage policies and procedures. ```{=html}

• Maintain and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift. ```{=html}

• Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential function.
• Balance all money transactions and paperwork. ```{=html}

• Meet all attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. ```{=html}

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to include strict adherence to attendance and appearance guidelines as well as confidentially. ```{=html}

• Handle Team Member and guest financial transactions. ```{=html}

• Be alert for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency and/or vouchers. ```{=html}

• Balance all funds under his/her responsibility and prepare reconciliation reports accordingly. ```{=html}

• Ensure at all times that the cash inventory is well secured. ```{=html}

• Fill in as Cage and Club Cashier as assigned. ```{=html}

• Conduct him/her in a gracious, kind and warm manner that creates a sense of fondness, as well as professional, courteous and responsive manner, which reflects positively on the company and its core values of Fun, Friendly and Community. ```{=html}

• Other duties as assigned.
  ** REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
  ** In addition to the other duties described herein, each and every Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:
• Attend required training sessions offered by the casino.
• Obtain required license(s).
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Members department.
• Have knowledge of the Propertys programs to address problem gambling.
• Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal Controls.
• Take the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of management.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any staff member that they have knowledge of.
