Hours:

6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with opportunity for overtime on Friday.

We are seeking a responsible, motivated, detail-oriented individual to perform janitorial and housekeeping duties in our climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. The primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility and work environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and excellence.

• Clean the interior of the building, including equipment, floors, and walls.
• Clean, sanitize, disinfect, and maintain the break room and all office areas.
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust furniture and fixtures in the entry commons area.
• Empty trash, recycling bins, and chip hoppers.
• Wash and clean windows inside and outside of the building.
• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior building and property, including leaf removal, trash removal, and weed control.
• Operate various equipment, which may include floor scrubbers, forklifts, lawn mowers, weed eaters, and leaf blowers.
• Perform various cleaning projects as assigned.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and traverse the property and facility.
• Ability to interact with team members and visitors professionally, politely, and courteously.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Forklift license may be required.
