Job Summary:

Mid America Pipe is seeking an organized, driven, and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee pipe fabrication and industrial construction projects from award through completion. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate internal resources, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to final delivery.
• Review project specifications, drawings, contracts, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, accounting, production, quality control, and field personnel.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and cost impacts.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous project management experience in industrial construction, pipe fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
