Position: Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist
Our client, an industry leader in door manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist to join their team. As an Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $17 days and 18 nights*
* ** Shift: Day and Evenings   10 hour shifts with OT as required*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Verify materials being used by reading the bill of materials to ensure accuracy Lifting up to 50lbs consistently

+ Ensure materials meet quality expectations and standards

+ Label units as needed for proper identification

+ Assemble fabricated parts into larger subassemblies and complete units, including complex door assemblies

+ Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills

+ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

+

Experience with manual machines and pneumatic equipment such as Nail Gun, Screw Gun, Router, Tape Measure, Square

+ Physical ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, and standing for long periods

+ ability to work in a hot environment due to elements
