Position: Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the construction and building materials industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist to join their team. As an Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist, you will be part of the Doors department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and excellent manual dexterity, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday to Thursday, 4:30 am to 3:00 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.

+ Read and interpret production tickets accurately to ensure quality standards.

+ Verify material quality, accuracy, and count with minimal supervision.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

+ Support safety initiatives and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Ability to read and understand English.

+ Manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; capable of frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and pushing.

+ Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work at a fast pace with multiple components.
