• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license as per state requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit.

• Provide direct patient care with adherence to standards and organizational mission.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
