Position Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational mission and values.
- Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license in the state or compact licensure, and BLS certification. Additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, or others may be required or needed within specified time frames. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
Provide compassionate patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, uphold patient confidentiality, and adhere to safety and care standards.
