Medical Surgical Float RN Pittsburg, KS. This position involves providing exceptional patient care within a combined Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit and stepdown unit. The role requires flexibility to float as needed and focus on delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Job Details- Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical Float Specialty - Location:
Pittsburg, KS - Shift: Days, 3X12 hours with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
BLS, ACLS certifications;
Valid RN license; 1+ years of nursing experience; ability to float as needed - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ICU, stepdown, or telemetry units; familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system - Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating patient discharge planning, and serving as a primary discipline coordinator for patient care.
- Must have the ability to assess and communicate patient conditions effectively, ensuring well-coordinated care among healthcare team members.
