Part Time Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a Part‑time Retail Sales Associate to create exceptional customer experiences. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and working under the guidance of Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and team specialists.

• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customer wants and needs.
• Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention.
• Assist with the opening/closing of the store.
• Properly handle cash.
• Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos.
• Support fellow sales agents as needed.
• Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training sessions.
• May be required to work in other locations in the same geographic area.

Part‑time hours: 29 hours per week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Base hourly rate: $15.29 – $22.88.

Target commission: $482.50/month with potential to earn up to $39,055 annually. Additional performance bonus up to $1,000.

Minimum qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience. Some college in sales, business, or management is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; consultative, solutions‑based selling.
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Multi‑tasking and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Mobile to greet customers and demonstrate products for long periods.
• Computer literacy and aptitude for learning communication products and services.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds for inventory handling.

Preferred qualifications:

• One year of experience in a related field (sales, retail, service).
• Experience selling wireless/mobile products.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
