Train, mentor, and coach associates to execute sales-building programs and omnichannel processes;
Maintain and enforce store merchandise standards and visual presentation through Put to Fixture and SET processes;
Oversee Ship from Store, Buy Online Pick Up In Store, and Curbside Pickup order processes and related timelines;
Identify sell-through opportunities and remerchandise the selling floor to optimize sales across specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window);
Lead and develop the team, liaising with Merchandise and Customer Experience leadership to source and hire hourly staff;
