What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Manage daily sales activities, customer traffic, and follow‑up processes.

- Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Review CRM activities and ensure consistent prospect follow‑up.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent.
- Help develop marketing and community outreach initiatives that drive showroom traffic.
