We are looking to add to our team! Seeking project supervisor capable in the Telecom and Utilities field with aerial and underground experience.
Responsibilities OverviewThe Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Underground Services, including end‑of‑month billing for completed jobs, weekly summaries of hours for all men, calling in utility locates for 811, daily coordination with all contractors, daily crew direction, daily work tasks, and must have extensive knowledge of tracking, boring, trenching, fiber pulling, plowing, plan, design, and construction to ensure the job is completed on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct daily safety briefings.
- Always maintain safe working conditions.
- Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Operate all equipment needed efficiently.
- Locate accurately to assist machine operators shooting bores if needed.
- Required to disclose personal information to clients in order to be allowed on the client’s premises to complete required job duties.
- Other duties assigned by the leadership team.

- 5+ years’ experience in plan, design, and construction of projects.
- Experience in directing foreman and crew in the field.
- Extensive knowledge of terminology associated with boring, plowing, fiber pulling.
- Attention to detail and initiative to be self‑motivated and directed.
- Ability to listen, follow directions and communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to manage time and work independently or with other team members.
- OSHA 10 Certified.
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and/or sitting for long periods of time.
- Push/Pull/Lift/Move 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Working in adverse weather conditions.
- Walking on steep inclines covered with loose rock or ballast.
