The RN delivers individualized, victim‑centered services, coordinating with medical, mental health, addiction treatment services, advocacy, and community partners to address the physical, emotional, and social impacts of violence.

The RN serves as the central hub of care coordination—conducting intakes and assessments, building care plans, facilitating follow‑up, and ensuring wraparound support for victims and their children. The RN working closely with the mental health provider, and other members of the care team, to develop and co‑facilitate survivor‑focused life skills workshops and peer support groups, to promote resilience, connection, and healing.
