What You’ll Do As a Dump Truck Driver and End Dump Operator, you will safely haul and unload bulk aggregates, dirt, sand, gravel, and asphalt to active construction sites across Southeast Kansas.

Safely operate dump trucks and heavy-duty equipment to transport construction materials.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure truck safety (brakes, lights, tires, and load securement).

Maintain accurate delivery tickets, driving hours, and electronic/paper documentation via our Motive platform.

Navigate routes efficiently and communicate clearly with your foreman.

Work a typical daytime Monday–Friday schedule (with overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require).

Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) and a current DOT Medical Card.

Clean, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a strong commitment to FMCSA safety standards.

Experience operating end dumps or standard dump trucks is preferred, but we will train the right career-minded driver.

Dependable work ethic, comfort with manual handling tasks, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
