Our client is looking to add an AR / Collections Specialist to their accounting team. They are seeking a motivated individual with experience in high-volume, business-to-business collections who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.

AR/Collections Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume B2B collections through an online customer portal.
• The AR/Collections Specialist will apply cash receipts accurately and timely.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to research and resolve outstanding balances.
• The AR/Collections Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
• Handle a high volume of professional email correspondence and follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications of the AR/Collections Specialist:
• Previous high-volume business-to-business collections experience required.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
