We’re partnering with a well-established organization in the Pittsburgh area to hire an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day accounting functions and payroll processing. What You’ll Be Doing As the Accounting & Payroll Specialist:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for both hourly and salaried employees.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.

• Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefit contributions.

• Partner with HR on employee onboarding, changes, and terminations.

• Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.

What We’re Looking For in an Accounting & Payroll Specialist:

• Prior experience in accounting and payroll.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
