- Hold practical experience working through each phase of an audit engagement
- Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred or ability to obtain license in the future)
- Have a thorough understanding of accounting principles, including generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP)
- Bring solid analytical and critical thinking experience
- Maintain excellent time management skills and have experience running concurrent engagements!
- Have successfully performed complex audits in previous roles
- Provide excellent technical and project management skills
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form
- Exhibit an advanced level of professionalism when representing the firm
