Staff Accountant (AP)

Location: Munhall, PA (on-site)
Salary: Typically $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience

• Own full-cycle accounts payable processing and vendor maintenance

• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and accruals

• Support account reconciliations and variance analysis

• Assist with audits and internal control documentation

• Accounting experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience with reconciliations and month-end close support

• ERP or accounting system experience
