Key Responsibilities:
- IEE duties:
- Monitor day-to-day financial activities and allocate revenue and expenses to appropriate accounts.
- Maintain and enter all information into IEE's financial systems.
- Reconcile actuals on a regular basis.
- Create and analyze projections for grants and other operating dollars.
- Process invoices, memberships, tuition dollars, sponsor ships, and grant reimbursement.
- Create monthly financial statements.
- Assist with annual budgeting process.
- Process employee travel and business review and reimbursements.
