- Shift: Mon - Fri 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM [Lunch: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM]
- Work Mode: 100% Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries for month end close and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Review and prepare weekly work order status report for supply chain and management
- Review and prepare weekly Accounts Payables on hold report; work with supply chain and sourcing to clear AP holds
- Manage and record monthly T&E expense transactions for the business unit; work with stakeholders as necessary to ensure proper and timely recording to projects and P&L
- Create and maintain vendors and oversee weekly payment runs
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts and complete monthly account reconciliations
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions/balances and complete monthly account reconciliations; work with sister company stakeholders to resolve variances
- Complete monthly/quarterly sales tax returns as needed
- Manage, code, and approve AP invoices for several key vendors as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Oracle or similar ERP system experience
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Experience and background with project accounting preferred
- Workday experience preferred
- Onestream experience preferred
- Self-motivated individual able to recommend solutions and work independently without constant management direction
