A well-established, highly respected professional services firm in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing tax team. The firm maintains a strong reputation in advisory, tax planning, and family office services, supporting a predominantly high-net-worth client base.

Position OverviewThe Senior Tax Accountant will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and planning services to individuals, trusts, and investment entities. This position offers meaningful client interaction and exposure to complex tax matters, particularly within investment and wealth management structures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including:
Individual (1040), Trust & estate (1041), Investment partnership returns and K-1s - Support tax planning and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies
- Conduct tax research and apply federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate directly with partners and senior leadership on client engagements
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and reviewing work as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted tax resource
- 3–8+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with 1040s, 1041s, and investment-related entities
- Exposure to high-net-worth individuals and family office environments preferred
- Experience with CCH Access (or similar tax software)
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment
