Senior Accountant

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 base + discretionary bonus (typically ~10%)

• Own and execute the monthly revenue cycle for the operating company
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Coordinate annual audits across corporate and investment entities
• Partner with external tax advisors on quarterly and annual tax reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense planning, and cash flow analysis
• Review and summarize investment-related transactions and reporting packages
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies

• 5+ years of accounting experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
